Our Story
NetResults Network Solution Providers,
Inc. was founded by a woman who has spent many years as a System Administrator
of several diverse networks. During these years, she discovered that there
were plenty of companies installing networks, but not many with installers
who had actually administered the systems they installed. In addition, the
needs assessment provided was usually done by someone without hands-on knowledge
of how their systems would be used. We believe that you can not install a
truly functional network until you understand the capacity in which it will
operate. The generic setups provided by most installers don’t hold up after
people begin actively using the system, after additional software is installed,
or when the number of users on the network changes. We know networks. It’s
our job to get to know your business. Together we will put the right system
in place!

Hourly
or in Blocks:
To give you maximum flexibility, NetResults packages our support contracts
in blocks of time. You can acquire blocks of time with varying response times
to fit your exact requirements, and there is no expiration date placed on
these blocks! We will provide you with a monthly activity report of how the
time has been used and the balance of your block. If you decide not to purchase
a maintenance contract, you can still receive our high quality services billable
on an hourly basis.
